Spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Helpful and accommodating staff, especially Ailah Santos. Good location near Deira City Center mall and metro station.

Internet was expensive although on Booked.net it said "free internet."

This hotel is conveniently located just opposite the City Centre shopping center, making it a great choice for shoppers. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was a nice addition.

Nothing at all! Really it was a bad choice and I will not recommended to any of my relatives or friends.

The furntures are old, the rooms are not up to the expected value, it is not clean at all, when we requested any help it takes long time to respond, they wanted to cherge us for the free wifi, they are takeing 4% when visa cards are used!! When everyone is charging nothing or only 1%, ..........Really it was a bad choice!

The hotel is conveniently located near Deira City Centre Mall and the metro station, making it easy to explore Dubai's attractions. The spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a big living room was perfect for our family. The staff was polite and helpful, and the price was great for the amenities provided.

swimming pool and jacuzi opens at 10 .00 am when you have left the room and it closes at 4.00 pm when you are out and i never had a chance to go to the swimming pool and jaccuzi . this is the biggest disadvantage.

The location is excellent for being near shopping and metro etc. It is spacious and was clean and comfortable.

The internet is not free which was disappointing as that is not how it reads on Booked.net and we think this should be changed. I think in this day and age the internet should be included.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel had spacious and clean two-bedroom apartments, just like two separate apartments in one. The location was perfect as it was near the metro station, railway and within walking distance to a big mall. The hotel facilities were brilliant with a good gym and rooftop pool. The staff were very helpful and polite and the parking was free.

The apartment was really spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it feel like two separate apartments in one. The location was key and in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of food options on the street and in the shopping center across the road. There was also a rooftop pool and gym on the top floor, which was an added bonus.

The decor was a little tired and could use some updating. The bathroom could have been cleaner and we had to ask for more towels.

room services was not daily, they asked for cleaning the rooms, also there was bad smell in our bedroom!Also Masque on nights voice was too load, it seems they have to use double windows for rooms.

Close to city centre and metro station,it helps alot if u r staying with family.transport are easily available and u dont have to wait too long.newspaper paper should be given by hotel along with wifi (either free/paid facility).

No newspaper , no wifi connection either payble or paid.

Titel: Perfect gelegen

Dit hotel was perfect gelegen, midden in het centrum van de stad, op loopafstand van het treinstation en de winkelstraat. Het was natuurlijk handig dat er een supermarkt was vlakbij het hotel. Onze kamer was mooi en comfortabel, met een SmartTV waarmee we onze telefoon konden verbinden om te casten.

Helaas was de buurt rond het hotel een beetje afgetakeld, wat begrijpelijk is waarom het niet meer de status van Carlton heeft. Maar het was geen groot probleem, alleen het straatbeeld was minder chique.

The location was very good .. very close to shopping centers and easy to go from there to any place in dubai
